- If you are ever dissatified with your pool service, please notify us within 3 days of the problem.
- We will review your concerns and will work ASAP to correct the problem.
- If, after review of our correction to the problem, you feel that there is still an issue that we cannot correct, we will gladly refund that current month’s service fees and cancel any future services.
- This guarantee only applies to our recurring service plans
- Refunds are only given for the month in which an issue occurred.
- The customer must give us a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue before requesting a refund.
- We ask that all communication be conducted in an open, honest and respectful way.
